BYU-Idaho

For the past three weeks I have been living in beautiful Rexburg, Idaho. For those of you that do not know where Rexburg is, it is smack dab in the middle of know where, but the town and the University are wonderful! It was a hard trasistion to go from a smaller college in a big city to a bigger university in a smaller town. I miss Salt Lake so much, and I hope to return there some day, but I have loved the many expericences I have had here at BYU-Idaho. I love my classes and my ward, and I have recently been called as Relief Society President in my ward. It is kind of stressful right now, but I know things will calm down... or at least I hope they will!

So because I have never really put pictures up on my blog they look a little sketchy, but the pictures are of me and my roommates, who I love dearly! They are all so much fun! The next picutre is of me and Celeste Roberts! She lives next door, and we have gotten a lot closer this semester! And the last picture is of Mom and Ryan! I was so thankful to have Ryan and Mom there! Thank you Cassie for letting us borrow Ryan for the weekend!

I miss all of you sooooo much!! I have never felt so far away from all the people I love then I do when I am here, but when I pray and do the things I am suppose to I feel so close to each of you! I love each of you so much!!

And we miss you!

College-age is a hard time, especially when you come from a wonderful home. You miss it, feel distant and lonely. But this is the time when you'll enjoy the most independence. Just don't go getting too independent, or we'll take it personally! (j/k)

I'm so glad it's going well up in Idaho and that you've got a good circle of friends. And we can't wait to see you this weekend!

It eases my mind to know that you are doing well and have some great friends there. We sure miss you. Kirsten keeps asking when your college will be over. We sure love you!

I am so happy that you are loving BYUI, i knew you would. It is smack dab in the middle of no where but the campus is beautiful and so are the people. If you haven't felt the Rick's Spirit, you will soon. I miss Rexburg dearly, both Chris and i have fond memories over there, not just because of us meeting but because of all the experiences we were able to have during the time we were there at school. Hope you take advantage of everything there, all the activities and classes, it does go really fast. We miss you but know you are where you are supposed to be. Good luck with your calling and classes, and try to get some sleep! haha! remember study first, play later! Take care and we love the updates, keep on updating!

love
